High Garden Rooftop Amman

Finally, Amman has a place, that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, has outdoor seating, nice drinks, and an amazing view – and – it is located right in the city center. High Garden Rooftop is located between 4th and 5th circle, close to the Palestinian embassy, right next to Mist Pub, and run by the same enthusiastic management.

You enter between Mist Pub and the Dove Hotel, and on top, you will find one of Amman’s newest rooftops. Upstairs, It is very green as it has a garden them and it offers several different kinds of seating options from couches to bar stools to normal tables or seating at the bar. The atmosphere is relaxing which is underlined by minimal chill-out music in low volume.

We visited High Garden Rooftop with some colleagues after work and only ordered some snacks and beers. The veggie platter was alright but the fried shrimps did not totally convince me. Drinks however were actual pints and good. There is of course plenty to choose from, such as all kinds of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beers. They have Amstel and Carakale Blonde or Jordan Lager on tap. Another time I will dig more into the food menu, but for now, we enjoyed the view, the fresh breeze, and the friendly service.

One of the important things to point out is, that you can visit High Garden Rooftop not only at night. From now on, they serve breakfast, such as pancakes or eggs Benedict starting from 10 AM in the morning. I am sure it will be a nice breakfast spot on the weekend for me and I can truly imagine enjoying sitting up on the roof enjoying coffee and a view. If you have corporate events or private occasions, make sure to contact them as well for an offer.
