About Qadeem pottery
Qadeem is a unique handicrafts business that creates pottery items with extraordinary designs. Their mission is to excel in their field while reviving an art from the past and keeping it alive with modern designs and a unique touch of creativity. Furthermore, all their pieces are handcrafted by a team of diverse Jordanian artists. They combine their different skills to make perfect plates, bowls, cups, and other dishes.
They have a huge variety of colors, calligraphy, patterns, and looks, which makes it really difficult to make a decision. Apart from some more classical design inspired by typical Arabic calligraphy, they also have items with modern patterns or drawings that emphasize the Autumn or Winter season. Especially the contrast between the style of classic items such as the typical coffee pot used for Arabic coffee in a modern look is what makes Qadeem outstanding.
Qadeem Showroom and offers
Currently, you can find their items on several Christmas markets. If there is no event you can attend, make sure to pass by their showroom located in one of Amman’s oldest houses near the 2nd circle. Qadeem’s showroom lets you browse through the history of art and enjoys the design of kettles, flasks and home accessories alike. They are open Saturday to Wednesday from 9.30 – 5.30 and Thursday from 9.30 – 4.00 with Friday closed. You might have the chance to see some artists working or just enjoy the different styles of their items.
